We provide a comprehensive support service for your office, covering all
your IT services and systems. Our onsite service is key to this package
but we also provide telephone support and call-outs.
Unlike many support companies, we stick to our promises. Therefore, we
won’t promise to fix all your problems in 4 hours, because this
can sometimes be impossible. 90% of calls are answered in 1 hour or less;
we never leave serious problems hanging and our priority system ensures
that if you have a problem which needs immediate resolution, it will receive
our immediate attention.
By being proactive and through regular monitoring, we can also stop many
problems from occurring in the first place. Our monitoring gives us plenty
of warning of potentially serious issues and thus gives time to plan resolution
or back-up.
In many cases having a spare desktop or laptop in your office can defray
the short-term time cost of a problem. Using techniques like this we keep
your business running efficiently and deal with issues in a measured manner.
Telephone Support
We respond quickly and efficiently to issues raised by users, and
where possible provide a solution over the phone. If the issue requires
further work we will either solve the problem through remote management
of your desktops and servers, or an engineer will attend to the
problem at your office.
Unlike other firms we don’t limit the number of phone calls
you can make to us. We prefer to solve users' issues when they come
up rather than allow them to worsen over time.
Call Outs
In order to solve your IT problems as quickly as possible we ensure
that all engineers attending your site have a detailed knowledge
of your systems - ideally the technicians who installed it in the
first place!
Issues
Sometimes we will spot issues before you do and attend to the problem
immediately.
