We were brought in by a Barristers’ Chambers, based in Gray’s Inn, London, to suggest, price, and install various upgrades to their conference room. They were unsure as to what exactly they were looking for, but knew that they were failing to make the most of the room's possibilities.

We established what the current primary uses of the facility were, and also gauged reactions to various proposed upgrades. This allowed us to come up with a proposal that suited their needs.

By measuring and drawing an accurate plan of the room in its current and suggested new layouts, we enabled them to assess the benefits of proposed changes more easily. They agreed on a new display system, connected to a computer for presentation purposes, and a new sound system to match. They were keen to provide support for videoconferencing facilities in the future, but, for example, were less keen on the wireless internet option for security reasons. Having broken down the suggestions in a logical manner, it was easy for them to opt in and out of the specific elements of the proposal, as they desired.

We installed the new system and the Chambers have given us excellent feedback about how useful they are finding it. Not least of their satisfaction is in the fact that this powerful system has been discreetly installed so as to blend in with the style of the room.
