Dean & Hilton was brought in by a London-based property company to provide a solution for tracking the frequent meetings held between surveyors and agents. A large quantity of information needed to be stored securely for legal reasons. Owing to the key requirement that the data be available to all users, we designed a multi-user database to solve the problem.

By working closely with the company we developed a genuinely relevant solution that provided noticeable benefits compared to the original paper-based filing system.

Following the consultation process we produced several beta versions for testing, and based on the user feedback we then produced a version which is now in constant use.

The application was developed in Microsoft Access with an eye to minimising any training required. The end result was a simple but effective database with a user-friendly front-end.
